************** THE RECORD IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION- IT IS Bright, Shiny, Clean, & Pristine
The record labels are also NEAR MINT, bright, crisp & clean, with no sign of any spindle wear
The EP Jacket has some mottling/ink loss on the front, top, left & right, and front, bottom, left & right, a small tear on the front in the record entrance and on the rear, just age fading & a few minor stains here & there. The EP Jacket is rated as in VERY GOOD condition
This Australian, first edition, EP is extremely rare & hard to come by, and as far as I can tell, was the only one Buddy Williams released. A similar one sold for $81 in 2005! (Popsike) *****************
