COVER CONDITION    Very Good Plus (VG+), The flipback cover is in nice condition with some ring and gereral and the back is a bit grubby.

RECORD CONDITION  Very Good Plus  (VG+), the record is in nice condition with some light scratches and some scuffs (plays with slight background noise in some of the quiter passages of play) and has nice looking labels

GENERAL COMMENTS  A good ep and always hard to find in nice condition.
