Description

CRICKETS (BUDDY HOLLY) - "The "Chirping" Crickets"

(Brunswick BL54038; *MONO* ; 1957). RARE. (**Click on the pictures above for more info - *Double click for larger image**).

**This is an original (not a modern reissue) MONO copy of this classic LP.

**NOTE: Label matrix numbers are in parenthesis: (MG 6036), (MG 6037). Dead wax matrix numbers: Side 1: 'MG6036T5  2'; Side 2: 'MG6037T4  2'. 

**Heavy pressing (180 grams) is visually Rough. Play graded: plays with surface noise, some distortion, some crackles BUT NO SKIPS on our equipment. **NOTE: Cut one on each side is the roughest but each successive track plays cleaner!   DG = Deep Groove labels. 

**Cover is rough; ring and edge wear, general wear, seam splits, tape removal tears.  (see pictures)
