Description

UP NEXT - SOME HIGHER END COLLECTABLE 1950s ROCK-N-ROLL AND ROCKABILLY LPS!  This is a reasonably priced VG CONDITION original 1958 MAROON LABEL HEAVY RIGID VINYLITE U.S. EARLY PRESSING OF THE 1958 CORAL RECORDS 12-TRACK self-titled LP from Buddy Holly's, only one of two Holly LPs released while he was still alive.  It is Coral Records catalog number CRL 57210, maroon1950s-era Coral labels with machine stamped matrix numbers - This is not a 1970s-era counterfeit copy, it is an authentic 1958 early U.S. Coral pressing in used condition.  Tracks: I'm Gonna Love You Too, Peggy Sue, LookAt Me, Listen To Me, Valley Of Tears, REady Teddy, Everyday, Mailman Bring Me No More Blues, Words Of Love, You're So Square (Baby I Don't Care), Rave On, Little Baby.  This LP occupied an honored place in my personal collection for quite awhile until I recently obtained a somewhat better condition copy - Condition of record is about VG with a moderate to fair amount of visible surface marks which cannot be felt and which do not affect play, and a couple of small and light surface scratches which will cause a very few slight ticks, should not skip.  Record plays through nicely with some light surface noise throughout and the aforementioned few slight ticks.   Labels have some spindle marks,no other problems.  Condition of cover is VG with the following flaws: a 2" split at the left side of the top edge, a 2" split in the right side of the bottom edge (I have carefully and neatly repaired these splits by taping from the inside) and a 1" split at the left side of the bottom edge, a few small areas along the edges where the top layer of paper is worn away, a few slight wrinkles, a little light staining and some contact wear, and some general wear and flaking along the edges and on the corners, there is no writing, tears, or stickers.  This LP would be an inexpensive way to add a historic and essential title to your Buddy Holly or 1950s rockabilly or roots rock-n-roll record collection until a better copy comes along!  Winning bidder pays $3.00 media mail postage or actual priority mail postage within the U.S. I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - Uninsured first class international airmail postage to the UK or anyplace in Europe is $13.50 - Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S. WINNING BIDDER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the EP if winning bidder is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
