    In December 1987, Peggy Sue Gerron (the person immortalized in Buddy Holly’s song) conducted her first in-depth interview, and it was for The Rockin’ 50s” magazine. After publishing her interview in three parts, a special Peggy Sue program in 1988 containing the entire interview with many pictures, some rare, was published.

    Peggy Sue has SIGNED the cover of this 12-page special program boldly in green Sharpie with her full name “Peggy Sue Gerron” (She normally signs things as “Peggy Sue”).
