Description
Brunswick Records EB 71036, this is an original US pressing - NOT a reissue - of the hard to find Buddy Holly/The Crickets "The Chirping Crickets" 4 song EP. EP features the tracks "That'll Be The Day" & "I'm Lookin' For Someone To Love" b/w "Oh, Boy!" and "Not Fade Away". Cardboard sleeve is in EX condition, showing some minor handling and a bit of ring wear on the back of the jacket; there are no splits or tears. Vinyl is about VG, with a bunch of scuffs and marks on both sides. Playback is fine throughout, with some background crackle at times and minor ticks on side 2. There are no skips or repeats. Black labels with silver print are crisp with no real signs of wear. Buyer pays $6.50 priority shipping in the US, $12.00 airmail overseas. I accept Paypal & US Postal Money Orders. On Sep-18-08 at 09:25:57 PDT, seller added the following information:In response to a couple of questions on the condition of the vinyl, it is not in very good shape. I use VG to describe it, but maybe it is VG-; there are a lot of scuffs and marks on either side and it was obviously a well used item. Again, I did not find the crackle or pops/clicks distracting during playback - but the sleeve is really the nice piece here!
