Description

Beautiful copy of the original 1963 first pressing of the Bud Powell in Paris LP on Reprise mono R-6098. This is truly one of his greatest recordings, a sort of "come-back", but truly he is in magnificent form here, a wonderful recording. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. There is maybe one or two very light superficial sleeve scuffs but they don't affect the play in the least. Sounds just wonderful. The cover is also beautiful, with only light wear here and there. A rubbed corner at the lower right, and some minor edgewear here or there. Also a tiny metal eyelet set into the upper left corner. This is truly a beautiful original copy, hard to beat.
