Description

Up for auction is a RARE German VINYL single of BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN's 1975 classic 'Born To Run / Meeting Across The River' released by CBS (cat. no. CBS 3661). The 7" MADE IN GERMANY is in remarkable condition and shows no signs of use or wear at all! I will grade the VINYL as EXCELLENT++.
The fragile textured picture COVER with it's iconic image by American photographer Eric Meola is still in very nice condition! The German COVER differs from the more common Dutch version of 'Born To Run'. The COVER shows no unwanted writing, no major creasing, no seam splits! It only shows minimal ring-wear and little signs of use to the opening top edge. I will grade the COVER as EXCELLENT!

The album will be mailed to the lucky winner in a stiff cardboard record box with extra cardboard stiffeners for best possible protection during transport! GRADING GUIDE:

MINT: The Record Itself Is In Brand New Condition With No Surface Marks Or Deterioration In Sound Quality. The Cover And Any Extra Items Such As The Lyric Sheet, Booklet Or Poster Are In Perfect Condition. Records Advertised, As Sealed Or Unplayed Should Be Mint.

 

EXCELLENT: The Record Shows Some Signs Of Having Been Played, But There Is Very Little Lessening In Sound Quality. The Cover And Packaging Might Have Slight Wear And / Or Creasing.

 

VERY GOOD: The Record Has Obviously Been Played Many Times, But Displays No Major Deterioration In Sound Quality, Despite Noticeable Surface Marks And The Occasional Light Scratch. Normal Wear And Tear On The Cover Or Extra Items, Without Any Major Defects, Is Acceptable.
