BRUCE HAACK WITH ED HARVEY - "BITE"
Bite Records (A division of Dimension 5) B 50-13 (1981)
Bruce's last album (until the posthumous releases of "Haackula" and "Electric Lucifer Book 2"), decidedly darker than his previous efforts (just look at the cover!). Mastered/pressed by Emory Cook at Cook Laboratories. Liner notes notwithstanding, I would have guessed that this is a Cook Labs pressing due to the not-quite-opaque blue-black vinyl (it's blue if you hold it up to light) and "Microfusion Process"-style label (the label sort of melds with the vinyl). Probably the rarest Bruce Haack lp (maybe tied with "Zoot Zoot Zoot Here Comes Santa In His New Space Suit", WHICH I WILL BE LISTING A COPY OF IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS).

Condition:
Vinyl: VG+ (some light scratches here and there, one scuff that is inaudible)
Cover: VG (solid seams, moderate overall wear, a couple of creases)

Packaging:
I use a rectangular mailer that prevents damage to the corners of the lp cover. Most sellers do not! Record/sleeve will be placed outside of cover (except for sealed lps) to avoid the possibility of splitting. Basically I will package the lp the same way I would want it packaged if I were the buyer!
Grading:
Per Goldmine standards. I will not use the vague "EX" grade. I will use "M" if something actually appears perfect (it does happen, though rarely). I grade under a bright bulb while wearing +2.5x reading glasses, so I see everything. In my opinion, "Sealed" can be a record grade, but is NOT a legitimate cover grade. Cover defects will be noted, even if sealed.
