Description
Very clean promo copy of this extremely hard to find
2nd album by Brother Ahh
(aka Robert Northern)
of Sun Ra Arkestra fame!
This is an original 1st pressing PROMOTIONAL COPY.
Not a reissue! Please read all details below.
Condition:
The vinyl shines like new with only some minimal 'water spot' type marks that have no apparent effect on sound quality or playability.
Plays like new. These spots may have been caused by the original inner sleeve. Marking are so faint they do not show up in photographs. LP is currently stored in an aftermarket plastic lined anti-static sleeve.
Clean gatefold cover with no writing or stickers on it. Has minor corner dings, small (less than 1") splits at opening edges, and a 2" split forming along center of top edge.
Lower opening side corner has some paper separation associated with corner ding. There is a red ink 'promo stamp' on the back of cover and a small (12mm) discolored spot on front from a price sticker removal. (All blemishes are documented with photos.) Minimal edge wear, solid spine with very readable text.
Includes the original printed inner sleeve which has a 4" split on one side and <1" split on center of bottom edge. Some wrinkles are evident and there is a slight yellowing around the outer edges of sleeve.
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
Also included with this album is a letter on Divine Records letterhead from Barbara Garnett, Sales Manager, regarding the availability of the album. This is a very rare piece of history attributed to this album and is the first of it's kind we have ever seen. The letter has a stained and crumpled corner and a fold mark but, is otherwise intact.
