This sports/messenger bag was purchased at Brian Wilson`s "Smile" Tour concert at L`Olympia in Paris (March 2004). The bag was only available for a short time during the 2004 "Smile" Tour and perhaps a few thousand of them were ever made. It was in actual use for a few weeks.
These "Smile" Tour sports bags hardly ever show up for sale and are now virtually untraceable on the internet (try googling one!). As such, this is a massively collectable item for any Brian Wilson or "Smile"-era Beach Boys fan.
Description:
Plastic imitation leather sports/messenger bag with adjustable strap and metal zipper.
- Width: 5 inches, height: 11 inches, length: 15.5 inches.
- In excellent overall condition, with only minor signs of use.
- Small area with seam wear to zipper (2 ½ inches long), as shown in photo. This may require minor sewing repair.
- Tiny tear (½ inch) to shoulder strap. Please see the photo.
- Small incision (½ inch) at top center, as shown in photo.
- Other than that, the bag is pretty much perfect.
