1969 UK PARLOPHONE DEMO - R5775
The vinyl is very clean & glossy, actually looks EX+ & hardly played. The fantastic heavy prog psych A-Side plays and sounds really superb throughout, with just a little light static / crackle during the songs fade-out. The B-Side is a nice blues rock track, although very clean & glossy, the track plays with some crackle & pop. The vinyl really does look superb, glossy, & scratch free, so a professional clean may well clear away some of the crackle. The sound quality is really excellent throughout both sides.
The A-Side really is a fantastic slice of catchy gritty late 60's heavy psych-prog, & can be listened to on Youtube. If you've never actually heard 'Down Man', then you really are missing out.
The labels are in excellent clean condition. The A-Side label has a very small yellow round sticker attached.
The Parlophone Records paper cover is an original, but of a slightly earlier era than the actual 45. The original sleeve wasn't in great shape, so I replaced it for one in better condition. The original correct Parlophone sleeve will also be sent with the 45.
