Insurance is optional. For those of you who pay with Paypal it is your responsibility to choose the insurance option if you want it. If you do not choose to purchase insurance you are releasing us of all liability regarding damage or loss of the package during shipping. You are also agreeing not to file a complaint with Paypal for failure to provide tracking and or signature confirmation upon delivery.

For those of you who live outside the Continental United States....
if you would like to have your purchases tracked you MUST PURCHASE INSURANCE! If you do not purchase insurance we will be unable to track your purchase.

tracking is included in the price of your purchase.

COMBINED SHIPPING
We will gladly combine shipping on multiple items, within reason.  For example, we won't package a heavy amplifier and an individual speaker driver together because no matter how well packed, they are LIKELY to be damaged in shipping, which doesn't serve anyone. In cases of combined shipping, the total shipping will be slightly more than shipping for any one individual item, unless one of the items is considerably larger in which case the costs will rise appropriately.

PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
We understand that some of you live in areas of the world where you can not CONFIRM your paypal address. However, in order to protect everyone involved, we REQUIRE that insurance be purchased on these transactions before we will ship to an UNCONFIRMED Paypal address. 

OVERSEAS SHIPPING COSTS 
The shipping cost posted on the package when you receive it is just a portion of the actual costs involved in shipping your item. It is not the total shipping costs. We would just like to raise awareness that proper materials and handling fees for audio equipment can be costly.  We want to get you your items in a timely and safe manner!

Customers with addresses in ITALY: Due to REPEATED problems with the speed of Italian Customs & Post Office, we will NOT respond to questions about shipping to italy for SIX FULL WEEKS after the ship date.  We have had repeated problems with buyers complaining that they have not received their goods.  Then...after WASTING MANY HOURS e-mailing, the item shows up.  The delay is not caused by us and there is NOTHING we can do about it.  It is your postal system.  Other sellers are simply refusing to sell to Italy any more.  We do not want to do that, although we will be forced to if there are consistent problems.  You are WELCOME to bid on our items, but you must abide by these terms. Thank you for understanding!
