BP FALLON Fame #9 (2009 US exclusive limited edition '3-sided' 7" vinyl single - observant Third Man fans may remember BP Fallon from his cameo in The Dead Weather’s ‘I Cut Like A Buffalo’ video. BP has long been a legendary figure in rock and roll and has put his unique stamp on the history of popular music from his work as publicist and media guru to Led Zeppelin and T. Rex, working for the Beatles at Apple Records, managing Johnny Thunders and so much more. Recorded using Third Man's patented 'Single Signal' system, the b-side features 2 recordings, each isolated in the respective stereo channel: an interview with BP, conducted by Jack White [left channel] and 'I Believe In Elvis Presley', featuring Jack on guitar and production duties, plus Patrick Keeler [Greenhornes/Raconteurs] on drums [right channel]; fold-over picture sleeve in PVC outer bag).
