Description

This is an awesome Boxed Set released in the 1970s by Laurie Records entitled " 60 Greatest of Dion and the Belmonts " (SLP-6000). This legendary rock and roll group led by Dion DiMucci were about as good as it gets in the late 50s and early 60s. Each of he 3 vinyl records appear to have had little or no past play and come within the original generic inner sleeves. The sound produced based on a test play is flawless (no surface noise or other defect noted). We rate each these vinyls as a strong Near Mint (NM) using Goldmine Guide standards.
The outer box with a great color head shot of a young Dion is also in splendid condition with no signs of past storage. All corners and seams are perfect (there are no tears or wrinkles). There is a small sticker on lower right back cover with "D-50" in ink likely related to a past collection # (see photo). This awesome collectible compilation boxed set will surely please fans of this legendary rock & roll group. We rate the box as as Excellent+ (EX+) to Near Mint (NM).
