Description
TITLE/ARTIST: This 1967 LP release by the '60's group, The Box Tops, is on the original Bell Label and is in beautiful condition in MONO. The album is entitled, "The Letter/Neon Rainbow" and features 12 great songs from this group. It is just one of many nicely conditioned LPs I'll be listing in the coming days/weeks ahead---including LPs by The Cadillacs, The Miracles, Leiber-Stoller Big Band, Frankie Lymon and others. As mentioned already, this LP is in super nice conditioned and features 12 great songs including the two hit singles mentioned in the title plus, great versions of the standards "Trains & Boats & Planes" and "Whiter Shade Of Pale" among others. In my opinion, the condition of both the vinyl and the jacket are very very nice and close to perfect, but please view the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge for yourself. LABEL INFO: It is on the original Bell Label, 6011, in MONO, and in my opinion, in absolutely beautiful shape as well. I don't even see any spindle marks around the center circle which indicates to me very little play. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is very shiny, clean and nice with nothing negative to report at all. To me, it looks to be about as clean and nice as the day it was first purchased. JACKET INFO: Likewise, the jacket is also nearly perfect with no flaws worthy of mentioning either---again, almost like new except for a small manufacturer's punch hole in the very top right corner. So, please view all the pictures below and judge everything for yourself. INTERESTING FACTS: You just don't see these early 1960's LPs out there very much anymore, espiecally in this kind of shape, so please have at it. In addition, I have listed---and will continue to do so---many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my personal collection, and there are many more records of all varieties to get to yet. Many of these still to be listed records are quite rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!! When attempting to view my pictures, please be a little patient as they do take a few seconds to fully focus---but they do come in. And, if anyone ever needs more info than what is listed, please email me. I will respond! POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: In the United States, the buyer agrees to pay $4.00 (Media) for the first LP purchased, and then just $1.00 per LP after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are listed in the shipping category below--$16.00 for the 1st LP and then just $5.00 per LP after that. Please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There are many more to come!
