Ltd Ed Blue Vinyl.  Great collector's item of this seminal album.
I would grade this as VG/VG.  Plays fine with no jumps or skips.  Some background crackles in the quieter passages (there are not many of those on this album, obviously).  Shelf wear to sleeve, but no tears or marks.  Vinyl is good and bright.  See photos which should give you a good idea of the grading.
