Description

This is a fine copy from a rare 1990 U.S. reissue on the Rockadelic label of the uber-rare sole LP by Bolder Damn, originally released in 1971.  From Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, the group played a combination of high energy hard rock ("BRTCD," "Find Away," "Breakthrough") and more downbeat Sabbath-style heavy songs (most notably the nearly side-long "Dead Meat").  For a private press from this period, the production is very good, and the quality of the music is high overall -- both reasons that the record has been reissued several times in the past few decades.  This reissue was the first, however.  It's worth noting that the cover art is substantially different from that of the original release, and the running order of the songs on the disc has been changed.  The record comes in a plain white jacket with cover slicks pasted on both sides.  The slicks are in pristine condition, and the jacket is all but M- with light creasing in the corners -- overall, then, EX+.  The disc is clean, and plays with a little light surface noise that is presumably from the source disc (M-).  The record comes with a double-sided insert with a brief band bio on one side and a photo collage graphic on the other side (M-).

I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.

If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
