FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS I'LL BE LISTING SOME GOOD FUNK AND NORTHERN SOUL 45s - KEEP WATCHING MY AUCTIONS! This is an original 1966 U.S. RCA Victor Records white label DJ 45 RPM 'Northern Soul' single titled 'I've Gotta Face The World'/'Having Fun' from veteran 'Mr. Lee' R&B/soul sisters The Bobbettes. It is RCA Victor Records catalog number 47-8832, and appears to be a RARE ITEM which has not been offered on eBay either at auction or at fixed price sale during the past month as far as I can tell. Labels bear one additional inscription which does not appear in my accompanying image. Both sides of this record are great 'Northern' dance tunes - 'I've Gotta Face The World' is a fast uptempo non-stop stormer; 'Having Fun' is just a bit slower, again a nice uptempo dancer with a persistent beat. Record comes packaged in its original RCA Victor stock company sleeve as shown in the accompanying image. Condition of vinyl play surface is a real nice NM- with all original gloss and just a very few extremely light and small surface marks which only show up under very strong light, cannot be felt, and will not affect play. Labels have some contact wear as can be seen in the accompanying image, no writing, stickers, tears, or other problems. This 45 would make a choice addition to any 'Northern Soul' record collection!
