- Presstype matrix stamp noted on label is : STERLING
This is a beautiful clearly never played record in mint / near mint condition. You'd have to search long and hard for anything even resembling a fingerprint smudge or slightest of paper scuff. These deep grooves are shiny and gorgeous. Only flaw worth mentioning is a very tiny reverse blister? A indentation if you will. Barely noticed it.
Cardstock cover has zerox titled / credit sheet attached with scotch tape on it.
While often test pressings contain or may be alternate demo versions we cannot state if this is such the case here as we are not familiar with this record that well.
As usual with test pressings, this pressing does not have a custom label but comes in a generic white cardstock / cardboard cover.
A Word about the Attached Scans: The light almost white scan of the matrix stamp 'Sterling' is indeed black on the vinyl. The white appearance is due to the nature of the scanner and scan which needed to be raised slightly off the flatbed to in order to see the 'Sterling'. Same for the label and Matrix number attached scan. Otherwise it was too dark to see anything but the label and a sea of black.
