1976 saw this great release from the Singer's Label (SODD). The two LP set was issued in a blank white cover with a red and yellow, orange, or pink and red insert picturing the Dylan and Baez photo from the Rolling Stone cover. Several labels were used on the black vinyl release including blank, and Worlds.
The SODD LP would be released two more times in the coming years, once by TAKRL, and once by Phoneix. (All are related Labels of Kornyfone). All releases used the same master plates, scratching out the previous matrix and adding their own. Therefore, all releases are the same quality.
Great audience recording. Most of the Madison Square Garden show 12-08-75.
Side 2 tracks are all duets with Joan Baez.
This is a great recording of a great performance.
The last 'Rolling Thunder '75' show
Oddly, two accoustic tracks from the show are missing, and the final two tracks are not from the concert! 'Knockin' is from Providence 11-4-75 2nd show;
and 'This land' is from Bangor 11-27-75

Description Of Item For Sale: 1976 Double LP record.Comes in a plain white sleeve, 2 inner sleeves, the insert, unusually has never been pasted to the front of the sleeve, still loose.
Vinyl: Excellent+, nice and glossy, no deep scratches, some very light surface marks.Labels are lovely and clean.GREAT SOUND QUALITY. Do you know why I called myself Hurricanedisks? Answer; Because Hurricane is the most powerful Bob Dylan song ever made, albeit co-written, I absolutely love the whole story, read the book first, heard the song next, saw the film.The best version is not on Desire it's on the Bootleg series vol.5, 1975 Rolling Thunder Review, in my opinion.
Sleeve: Excellent, Plain white, strong and clean, no splits.
Extra Items: INSERT, Near Mint, Red print, pinkish background.
COMBINED POSTAGE. I always try and reduce postage costs for multiple items, if you intend to buy more than one LP from me, please DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING until you have finished bidding on all items. I have limited time at night, I aim to get things shipped next morning, it makes hard work when I have to start issueing refunds for postage, seeking email addresses to use Paypal, repacking, weighing, wasting tape, and spoiling mailers. I can't send more than 2 kilos in one go outside of U.K. as a guide, 4 LP's is around the limit to combine.Let me know when you finish buying more than one record and want them packed, I will pack, weigh, then invoice you.Box sets can't always be combined with other records dependant on the packing I need to use, I will always offer the best deal I find possible.
CONDITION:
All Items are Graded As In The Record Collector 2006 Price Guide,in Brief these grades are as follows:
Mint-Unplayed,sealed or as good as an unplayed undamaged item,.
Excellent-Some signs the record has been played,very little lessening in sound quality.The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good-Been Played many times,no major deterioration in sound,despite noticeable surface marks,occational light scratch.Normal wear & tear on the cover or extra items,without major defect is acceptable.
Good-Played so much,used so much,sounds bad,many problems such as splits,stains etc.
Fair-Just Playable-not nice.
TRACKS ARE: Probably available on Google.Also if I have made scans of labels or sleeve,click to supersize,and read them that way.
