Description

This is a rare pressing of the 1967 album BOB DYLAN’S GREATEST HITS. This record has a MONO label with the correct KCL2663 catalogue number to the left of the hole however it has been mislabelled to the right with the matrix numbers of the STEREO release and furthermore is a STEREO pressing rather than MONO. The correct matrix for the MONO version is XLP117275 (A) & XLP117276 (B) but this has the STEREO matrixes XSM117277 (A) & XSM117278. The matrixes stamped on the dead wax are also STEREO and are as follows SIDE A - XSM117277-1E and SIDE B - XSM117278- 1G


The sleeve is a MONO version with the KCL2663 catalogue number to the top left corner and spine, the number 1 is also present to the bottom right corner on the back which is correct. The record is complete with the original psychedelic poster by Milton Glaser which is pretty collectible in its own right, this is in very good condition with some minor wear to the top fold, see pictures. Sleeve is very good and I’d say the record is excellent with minimal marks, please look at the photos yourself as I’m not a professional record grader, just an amateur! Nice record this.
