Description
Columbia CL 1779 mono from 1962 with 13 tunes in all. Dylan's excellent debut album. Most of the record consists of covers of old folk and blues material; there are only two originals, although those ("Song To Woody" and "Talkin' New York") are great. Bob's first album gets overlooked a bit for the most part because most of the songs are other peoples. That, however, should not let that stop you from checking out young Dylan in action, and regardless of the material this is really very good. The cover has moderate partial ring wear, some edge chipping & a piece of clear tape at top - name written on back; is VG(+) to VG+. The vinyl is VG+(+) to VG++.
