Front cover has "Stereo CS 8579" in oval at upper left corner, below that, "Monaural CL 1779" above "Columbia" & one eye in a rectangle. CS 8579 "2-eye" Columbia Records release, with "360 Sound Stereo 360 Sound" in white on the label. The runout area has 55621 - 1A on side one, and 55622 - 1L on side two. On the jacket, track 1 side 1 "You're No Good" is correct, while on the label, it is misprinted as "She's No Good".
There are some scratches and minor static in some parts but overall sounds great.
