Description
BOB DYLAN 'Self Portrait' SEALED stereo original lp Columbia #30050, a famed & newly reappraised Dylan milestone, in top-end sealed condition. Here's an absolutely beautiful copy, a still-sealed gem from a recent find from an Ohio record store which closed it's doors in 1970 (you can read the full story in the march 3rd Goldmine magazine article). These copies sat untouched in the same bins they were stored in for 35+ years, and are in simply stunning (even the shrinkwrap is clean, with a title sticker affixed). There's a 1" bit of shrink missing at 1 corner. This is an original pressing from 1970 with the textured cover, but it will most likely NOT be on the old 60's-style 360 label, which was an anomaly pressing. This, however, was the copy the Ohio shopowner ordered & received way back in 1970, and it sat there ever since! Sealed originals of early classic rock lps from this era are exceedingly hard to find, and in this condition are nearly impossible.
