This well-received, unofficial live album from 1976 includes highlights from several concerts including Fall '75 Rolling Thunder shows and others from Dylan's 1974 tour with The Band.

This is a first edition issue, purchased by the seller when it first appeared.

The vinyl is in Near Mint condition -  there are just a few very light sleeve marks or scuffs that are barely detectable.  The cover is in excellent condition for an unofficial release from the time - the plain white cardboard sleeve is nearly perfect except for minor creases at the corners, and the printed cover sheet is perfect but for one crease at the top corner.
