Matrix side one:S 69001 A. Matrix side two;S 69001 B. Both are stamped.

Its a stereotypical thing to state, but this item really did come from the radio archive library. The condition of the disc is EX, and it comes with a standard CBS inner cover. The cover seems to be proffesionally produced (see the "seams/corners" in the photgraphs). The CBS logo is printed (see picture) but the box  around it has a square" drawn" around it in crayon, as if to  emphasise artwork procedure.There are to inner flaps when the gatefold is opened. The one on the right is for the disc. The other may have been made to contain promo material.......not sure though!  There is a black and white photo of Bob pasted onto the left panel of the inner gatefold. Top rarity?
