 BOB DYLAN 7 " Blowin' In The Wind " Soplando en el viento

Bob's contribution to this exclusive Argentinean EP made by CBS Special Products for Bonafide, a local brand of chocolate, is Soplando En El Viento [Blowin' In The Wind]. The other artists are Roberto Carlos, Sergio Mas and Lafayette. The record plays at 33? RPM.

What we have here is a Dylan record pressed in Argentina in 1966 that, believe me, you won´t easily see. This obscurity deserves an explanation: it was produced by CBS for a chocolate brand (Bonafide) very famous at that time (and even today) in Argentina. Intended for promotional purposes (probably gave away with Bonafide products) only a few copies were produced and even less survived without being trashed. 

Of course you are only interested in the Bob contribution to this EP: "Blowin in the wind". But let me add for your information that you will find also: a young Roberto Carlos (brazilian rising star at that time), Lafayette (brazilian organist that released zillions of records) and Sergio Mas (an unknown artist from Argentina that, here, had its only moment of glory: being in the same record along with Bob).

As usual with records pressed in this far away part of the world, spins at 33 and titles are translated into spanish.   Want to have a rare Dylan record? Great chance indeed.
