Description

Up for sale in this auction is a Bob Dylan record entitled, "Blind Boy Grunt". Features early recordings from 1961 and 1962! Very Rare! Vinyl is in VG shape with some light marks, light stains and wear present on the vinyl. A deep cleaning would probably help this record out a lot. Jacket is a generic white sleeve with a photocopied piece of paper inserted behind the shrink. The shrink is still on the record but is ripped in a few places. Rated at VG+ because the photocopied sheet is in fantastic shape and that's really the only original piece that came with the record.

Goldmine Grading System:

  • SS  Still Sealed 
  • M  Mint - Perfect in all ways.
  • M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
  • NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
  • VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
  • VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
  • VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
  • VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
  • G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
