Really, I was suprised when I heard this album. I expected something in the mode of Hard Rain, you know, some good, live folk rock, but here I got songs so rearranged that it's hard to recognize. I like it. Some of them are gospel-rock with horns, sorta Stones style, some of them are reagge... You can't expect him to make the same music over and over... He just wanted to do something different, and I think this one's good.

(a)         WE GRADE THE VINYL  AS  NEAR MINT. Some VERY LIGHT AND SUPERFICIAL abrasions – mostly sleeve scuffs -  are (barely) visible, but are probably inaudible,  and do not affect visual integrity or beauty of the vinyl. The original luster is very much intact, and the vinyl shines and sparkles almost like new.

(b)         The records come in their original, custom, inner sleeves, which are UNIQUE to this album.

(c)         The records are pressed on a RELATIVELY  thick, inflexible vinyl. This is NOT a thin, flimsy ('dynaflex' type),  vinyl, but not the thickest, most rigid vinyl, either.

(d)         White Promo Label version of this title is much rarer that a regular, commercially released, version of this title. We estimate that stock copies of this album outnumber promo copies by a ratio of at least 50:1.

(e)         Of course, this is a full-bodied ANALOG recording, and not an inferior, digital recording!!!

THE COVER IS NICE --- ABOUT EXCELLENT OR VERY GOOD++ (VG++).

The following flaws or imperfections are noted on the cover:

-       Cover has a few tiny, spot-like peel-off marks, most likely from the careless removal of the price sticker (less than 1 square inch in size)

-       Cover has JUST A HINT of ring wear (nothing significant); On the scale from 1 to 10 (1 being the least, and  10 being the most severe), we assess the severity of ring wear as 2.

-       Visible shelf wear noted on the top seams and spine

-       Minor shelf wear noted on the bottom seams (nothing significant)
