Stunning Original six-eye label from 1962 - rare Stereo copy - Bob Dylan - Self-Titled - Columbia CS 8579


Top copy that would be a great final copy for many collections, certainly a great addition for any collector.


A true rarity to find in this condition and a great piece of music history. This is the cleanest original six-eye stereo copy I have seen in person, as most are in rough condition.


Vinyl Grade = NM-

Record looks minimally played with terrific shine remaining. Clean and vibrant labels. 1A and 1B matrices.


Jacket Grade = VG+ to VG++

Beautiful presentation with great eye appeal!

Sharp corners.

Solid spine and edges.

Crisp colors that really have held up well over the decades!

This would be a solid VG++ to NM- if not for the small writing “01299” on lower right back corner. There’s a small piece of tape on the front lower right corner that was placed years ago before I owned this. Small wrinkle along lower front (pictured) and a small indentation on Bob’s hat that is hard to notice unless when held at an angle (also pictured).


Original inner sleeve does not remain, as this has been in a Mobile Fidelity sleeve since I acquired.
