Here's a great classic OG LP from 1958- US MONO PRESSING of BO DIDDLEY'S self titled LP - on the CHESS LABEL CAT#CH1431. Bo doesn't always get the credit he deserves. When talking about early Rock, he doesn't get mentioned along with the other pioneers of rock, but he was as great or better. One of the great badasses of rock music, and an amazing showman too. All of his LPs are great, every single one, but if you're reading this, then you already know that.This copy plays really well, and record has a nice gloss still. It's seen it's share of play time, but was taken care of. It plays somewhere between VG+ and NEAR MINT. The cover is solid all around with no splits. There's very minimal ring wear on the front cover, and back cover shows some toning from age. A solid VG+ all around.There is an address sticker on the back cover from the very proud owner, who also etched his name boldly in the runoff. I've seen a lot of records, but have never seen that before. OG Bo Diddley LPs are like gold. I recently came into a collection of them, so check my other listings too.
