*BLUE NOTE MONO 1556 47 WEST 63RD ORIGINAL*
This is the original first pressing of this record with the original cover (pictured) that says "The Sounds of Jimmy Smith". This has the 47 west 63rd street address on the label with the bold block letter font, also has both the RVG and ear marks pressed into the dead wax. The vinyl is in less than very good condition, it has overall wear on both sides of the record with multiple feelable deeper scratches. The jacket is in less than very good condition as well with some water staining along the bottom cover, other than this it would probably be at least VG+ w/ pretty solid seams. Also a split at the lower right corner (effect of water damage). Overall still playable and in collectable condition, though. This great early blue note classic will make an excellent addition to someone's collection, shouldn't it be yours!!! All record grading is based off of goldmine grading system standards.
