CONDITION: NEAR MINT .RECORD APPEARS TO HAVE VERY LIMITED PLAYING HISTORY. LIGHT MARK ON TRACK THREE THAT DOES NOT SOUND. NICE AND QUIET BETWEEN TRACKS.
COVER IS VERY NICE WITH NO RING WEAR. SLIGHT WEAR ON THE CORNERS. EDGES AND SPINE ARE VERY NICE w/ NO PEALING OR CRACKING. TOP EDGE AT THE RIGHT CORNER HAS VERY SLIGHT AND TIGHT SPLIT DEVELOPING. SLIGHT DARKENING ON BACK AND NAME AT THE TOP (see picture) EX+
