Description
Original UK dubplate (ONE SIDED ACETATE) 12"45rpm made by ISLAND :
BLACK UHURU "Darkness" + "Dubness"
Produced by Sly & Robbie.
THIS IS A PIECE OF HISTORY. THIS IS THE FIRST ACETATE DONE FROM THE MASTER TAPE. The master tape was transfered unto this 12" acetate - but actually cut only on the 10" part of it. Then it was used to make the metal matrix with galvanoplasty. Then the matrix are used to press vinyl records. This acetate was then used for the galvanoplasty with the number "10 WIP 6787 - A1 GRAEME TEN ASHER LEE".
