Description

Various artists - black slacks and bobby socks.

Very rare rock and roll LP from 1957. Original UK press on HMV. In amazing shape for its age. Includes 4 tracks by joe Bennett and the sparkletones....including the amazing: black slacks.
Also on here is earl williams, Johnny Janis, Alan dale, Clint miller, Jack Scott, hoke Simpson and Danny and the juniors.

Vinyl is ex. Incredibly shiny.....a couple of tiny surface marks that do not affect play. Stunning for its age. Original HMV inner is ex. Sleeve is a strong vg plus. Still with a great gloss. NO laminate raising....readable spine. Clear back sleeve. A couple of small dinks to the back entry sleeve....and the top flip back sleeve. Labels are very clean.....minimal spindle wear. Seriously.....this is in amazing shape for a record that is nearly 60 years old!!!!! I doubt you will find a better copy.
