Description
This is, quite possibly, the holy grail in Heavy Metal collectables and quite rightly so. The original Vertigo Spiral 1972 UK pressing of Black Sabbath's essential magnum opus. It comes with the fully intact booklet of the band playing live and also with the original Vertigo Spiral inner bag which is undamaged. The gatefold sleeve itself has a quite a large crease on the back but it has not ripped the paper a tall and you can see for yourself in the photos. The vinyl itself has been played obviously and has some fine lines on it where it has been removed from the bag quite a few times. There is no writing on the lables, bag or gatefold sleeve, no rips, tears, or what I would call obvious shelf wear. The gatefold sleeve has been touched up with a marker pen very slightly at the top part of the spine but you really need to look for it. All in all this is a very nice copy. If though you are looking for an Ex+ to Mint copy of this then I suggest you go elsewhere and get a bank loan! Happy bidding. I post worldwide.
