Description
BLACK SABBATH
" PARANOID " EX/EX
Released 1970 on VERTIGO (SWIRL) Records. The none laminated gatefold sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, with some shelf wear to the bottom,
and a little on the top and corners, the spine is solid and unworn. The inside gatefold is spotless. The opening edges are crisp with no feathering.
Both sides of the vinyl are in near MINT condition, with only spindle trails and surface paper scuffs keeping it from a mint rating.
The none laminated sleeve is normally associated with the first pressings, however, the swirl and VERTIGO "outline" logo are both
above the spindle hole. The matrix numbers are 6360 011 * 2 = 1 * 520 151070 and 6360 011 * 1 = 2 * 520 151070.
The clue could be the " Made In Italy " printed at the bottom of the listings label, possibly an Italian first pressing !
IN VIEW OF THE EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION OF BOTH THE SLEEVE AND THE PLAYING SURFACE ON THIS CLASSIC LP,
I FEEL CONFIDENT THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME UNTIL YOU FIND ANOTHER ONE THIS GOOD, IF THERE IS ONE !!!
