Black Sabbath: Ozzy Osbourne (vocals); Tony Iommi (guitar); Terry "Geezer" Butler (bass); Bill Ward (drums).The murderous riff on which the title track hinges set the tone for this bruising album. Doom, death and destruction are Black Sabbath's staple diet, which they devour with numbing intensity. Repetition is at the heart of the album, sustained chords and ponderous bass often slowing tempos to crawling pace until, on "War Pigs," they groan with suffocation. Guitarist Tony Iommi punctuates the sound with simple but lengthy solos, leaving vocalist Ozzy Osbourne to inject a sly cockiness. Pretenders have often grasped at their crown, but PARANOID shows that Black Sabbath remain the quintessential heavy metal band.
The disc has light use only .... No marks , possibly a couple of very very faint traces evident beneath a light .... No label wear , barely any spindle use ...... Outstanding sound quality: Easily Graded at EXCELLENT condition.
The sleeve has light use ........ Bright , crisp and clean ..... just a couple of small wrinkles : EXCELLENT condition.

All items are graded Audio / Visually , and played on a high grade system
Please feel able to bid with confidence , as a collector myself I understand the requirements in the gradings of discs and sleeves , and how important it is to recieve items in the condition as advertised
I grade items ( using the UK Record Collector Grading System) beneath a light , to be sure of condition
I do not believe it is necessary to use the eBay buzzwords such as STUNNING !! RARE !! AWESOME !! , padded out with grossly long winded 'descriptions' ..... Many of the 'experts' who use this method of selling also add technical information , which is totally unfounded and does not correspond with the actual facts , and would be laughable but for the fact it is totally misleading. I take time and care to graded items correctly , and only list quality records , with concise , accurate grading descriptions
I have been a lifelong music fan , my first concert visit was in 1957 (Birmingham Town Hall Skiffle Contest !) and have bought records of all the great music since 1959 , and had the privelege of seeing most of the great artists 'live' ( I saw The Beatles twice and Segovia !)
I began selling professionally in 1976 , and have a wide knowledge of the items I sell (and always learning !) having bought copies of my own at time of issue , always being interested in the sleeve , label and disc variations. If you have any queries , I will do my best to answer correctly
