Hi All
I have been a private eBay buyer of Vinyl Lps for over 3 years, i have been asked by a friend of
mine that has never had a computer, to sell a few LPs from his collection, mainly rock and prog, from the
60', 70's & 80's.
I will give an honest description as best i can on the Vinyls, some will have been play tested,
& others will be a visual description of said vinyls.
There will be a few classic rock LPs uploaded by me when i can get a chance to do that,
so save me in your favorite sellers list.

VISUAL INSPECTION WITH THE NAKED EYE SHOWS UP A FEW SCRATCHES ON BOTH SIDES, SEVERAL ALMOST FEELABLE,
2 LIGHT SMUDGE MARKS ON 'B' SIDE, SEE PHOTOS.
VINYL PLAYS THRU WITH NO SKIPS OR JUMPS APART FROM THE BEGINNING OF LAST TRACK ON SIDE 'B', "FAIRIES WEAR BOOTS", I PLAYED THE VINYL ON
MY RUN-OF-THE-MILL STANDARD RECORD PLAYER, MAY WELL PLAY WITHOUT THE SKIP ON A DECENT RECORD PLAYER, BUT I CAN'T GUARANTEE THAT,
THERE IS BACKGROUND CRACKLE PRESENT FOR A THE MAJORITY OF THE ALBUM, SO DON'T BID FOR THE ALBUM IF YOU THINK THE CRACKLE & POP MAY BE ANNOYING TO YOU, VINYL COULD DO WITH A PRO-CLEAN TO BRING OUT THE BEST IN IT.

SOME CORNER/EDGE/RING WEAR, AGE DISCOLOURATION ON BLACK BACKGROUND OUTER GATEFOLD, LETTERING ON SPINE FADING WITH AGE,
HARDLY READABLE ANYMORE, INNER GATEFOLD WITH THE LIGHT GREYISH BACKGROUND STILL IN DECENT CONDITION,
NO UNWANTED WRITING OR MAJOR TEARS ON ANY PART OF THE COVER.

ORIGINAL VERTIGO SWIRL INNER SLEEVE HAS LOTS OF CREASES & ONE SIDE OF THE SLEEVE HAS COME AWAY AT THE SEAM
& NEEDS GLUED PROPERLY, NO UNWANTED WRITING OR MAJOR TEARS, I HAVE SEEN THIS SWIRL INNER SELL FOR OVER £15,
EVEN IN THIS CONDITION, PROBABLY BECAUSE THE ORIGINALS ARE VERY HARD TO FIND, REMEMBER, IT'S 52 YEARS OLD !!

Vertigo ''large swirl'' label - with the wording ''Vertigo'' credited below the spindle hole on label side B.
Matt gatefold sleeve - WITHOUT the credits mentioning ''Management / Jim Simpson, Big Bear, Birmingham''
There is no break in between the tracks "Hand of Doom" and "Rat Salad" - i.e. looks as though there are only three tracks on the B side of the record when there are actually four.
"Produced by Roger Bain for Tony Hall Enterprises" written in 1 line on label. There are other versions where it's written in 2 lines.

Having recently had a complaint from a Buyer regarding 2 Vinyls, that in his words, "smell really badly of smoking"
I cannot guarantee that all the Vinyl(s) in this Auction have come from a smoke free home,
most of the vinyls sold here are my mate's & he was a smoker up to 3 or 4 years ago, but is now on e-cigs,
& he has bought lots of used records as well as new ones at second markets over the years, like most people.
So, any given Buyer purchasing Vinyl records at this auction, does so acknowledging that the Vinyl(s) they buy
may or may not be smelling of smoke, & they are non returnable on that basis.
