Description
This is an ORIGINAL 1971 WARNER BROS. RECORDS U.S. GREEN LABEL EARLY PRESS LP WITH SHRINKWRAP AND POSTER titled 'Master Of Reality', with eight all-time early heavy metal classics from Black Sabbath. It is Warner Bros. Records U.S. catalog number BS 2562, embossed cover. Record comes packaged inside its cover in its original 'Warner / Reprise Loss Leaders stock inner sleeve with pictures of Warner / Reprise Records loss leader compilation LPs that were then available. Album cover is surrounded by its original factory shrinkwrap, and the original foldout poster insert is present and included.
Embossed front cover with "Black Sabbath" in purple and "Master of Reality" in black.
Green WB shield center labels with correct album title and "After Forever" as A2, credited to "Iommi-Ward-Osbourne-Butler". The word "Stereo" appears in bold at bottom, just above rim text.

This album is in GREAT overall EX condition - Record is EX with just one or two extremely light and almost invisible surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play. Condition of cover is also EX with the original factory shrinkwrap surrounding the cover and having one small tear at the lower right corner; cover has just a little bit of wear along the right hand open edge. Warner / Reprise Records stock inner sleeve is a bright white with no age discoloration, and a few wrinkles and one small tear at one upper corner. Poster insert does not appear to ever have been unfolded and is also in beautiful condition.
