Up for bid this ORIGINAL 1971 UK 1st pressing of Black Sabbath's "Master of Reality" cat # 6360 050 on the Vertigo Swirl record label. This is the earliest ever 1st pressing with the 1/1 matrix endings. This LP is most often seen with the more common 1/2 matrix endings. Only these earliest pressings had the best audio quality. This is rarely ever seen 100% complete with "Embossed" box cover, Vertigo swirl poly lined inner sleeve, and huge 6 panel poster.
The original embossed box cover printed by Howards Printers is in excellent condition and still retains is box like configuration. Most of these are usually seen beat up and flattened.
The Vertigo Swirl labels are in excellent condition with moderate spindle lines. This LP clearly has not been played much at all.
The 1st press 1/1 matrix ending vinyl is in excellent condition. Side A is EX+ both visual and audio and side B is EX both visual and audio.
The original Vertigo poly lined inner sleeve is in VG+ condition with some creases and a tear at the center hole.
The very rare ORIGINAL huge 6 panel poster is in MINT- condition. These posters only came with the very early 1st pressings and most are missing or have pin holes or residue on the back from hanging on a wall, but not this one. This one clearly has never left the inside of the cover.
Don't pass up the opportunity to own this outstanding example of this very rare LP. I have priced this very fairly as other copies have recently sold for much more in the same condition as this one.
