All CDS are shipped wrapped in bubblewrap between 2 firm “paperboard” inserts. DVDs are shipped in bubblewrap. LPS are shipped in standard cardboard LP MAILER between 2 bubblewrap sheets. All other items are bubble wrapped and shipped in custom boxes. Any problems with NEW/SEALED merchandise performance or quality is the responsibility of the manufacturer not Rock Candy Music. We do our best to describe all USED items as honestly and completely as possible. Please report any problems with USED merchandise immediately and we will do our best to fix the problem.
