This record is in very good+ condition. It has a few spindle marks visible on the labels but no pen marks, scuffs or staining. There is minimal wear around the centre holes and overall the labels are clean, tidy and in good shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free of anything remotely serious or deep. There is however a few minor light lines showing in normal light and also faint and superficial 'mottling' over each side. There is nothing major however with the mottling being the most noticeable issue(when angled). So overall a used vintage record free from anything serious, that despite the mottling still has a nice shine and is in good playable condition.
I play tested the record and it played nicely throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is only the most minor amount of upward arm movement noticeable. This is very slight and of course has no affect on the audio produced which is a solid grade of excellent. It has no serious issues and only minor and very occasional traces of surface noise. There are no skips, sticks or disruptive clicks and overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable play test. There was the odd faint splutter between tracks however and also a minor hint in the quieter track 3 on side 1. Overall it plays tidily however and was an enjoyable listen free of major issues or serious interference.
The gatefold sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has rubbing and wear to the edges and corners but the writing on the spine is still legible. The sleeve remains solid and there are no splits or weak areas anywhere. There are no tears or pen marks but there is some fading to each side. There is also some age related grubbiness to the rear, a few minor 'scuffs' or marks and slight ring marks. There is also some wear or bruising to the rear left edge. Inside the gatefold is clean with no issues and looks great. Overall the sleeve is solid with no major problems but has general signs of its age and handling. I have also tried my best to explain the sleeves condition, but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It contains its original lyrics inner. This shows its age however with discolouring, creasing, ring marks and a 3" split in the bottom edge. I will of course send the record in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure no further wear occurs to the original.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
