Description

My name is Chuck Dukowski. I was the original Black Flag bassist and an SST Records owner until 1984. I'm selling my collection. This record is from the original pressing of Black Flag's last release under the SST/ Unicorn label. Shortly after the release of this record in 1983 the relationship between SST and Unicorn broke down and a grueling legal battle ensued. Once the legal battle was over SST changed the cover art slightly and removed the Unicorn logos and product numbers. Only a few thousand of this version of the "TV Party" EP were made. This EP has both the SST Records and Unicorn Records logos printed on it and bears a product number of 95006. It is the only Black Flag release featuring drummer Emil who plays on the title track. Bill Stevenson plays on the two B-side tracks 'I've Got to Run' and 'My Rules'. This is the last Black Flag record that Dez Cadena and I played on.
