ITEM : 2 track single in original company sleeve
ARTIST : The Black Diamonds SONGS : Outside Lookin' In / Not This TimeINFO : The 2nd and a promo issue of only 2 highly sought after singles (with no album released) from acclaimed Aussie 60's garage rock band out of Lithgow. This effort, whilst leaning more towards power-pop / beat, is still very credible, super rare and should not disappoint.
CONDITION : Vinyl : Strangely enough somewhere along its journey it has acquired partial leeching (i.e heat haze) that I figured would show up in pics 3&4 above however as it is they don't. Anyway they appear as a crescent on both left and right outer edge of each side extending 1 to 1.5 cms towards the center then tapering off at the edges if that helps any. Not the greatest look and not the all-over hazing one usually discovers. In saying that it tracks through fine with minimal effect... i.e. a little background noise noticed at the beginning of Side A, after that surprisingly quite a clean sound and will not disappoint and is a comfortable yVG+ listen.
