Description

    BILLIE HOLIDAY & Ray Ellis and his Orchestra "Lady In Satin" on Columbia Records (Cat # CL 1157 ) USA Press - 1958 MONO 

Labels: Black 6 Eye - thick inflexible wax (NONBREAKABLE)- Deep Groove original 1958 press Matrix machine stamped 1C/1F 

The wax has nice luster & sheen - to EX with a few very light marks - plays sweet with surface noise at a minimum.   Labels are clean with light press mark discoloration on one side.  The jacket is VG with 2" of flaking on the bottom of the spine - seam splitting on top corner ("3) and a signature on bottom on backside. Housed in original company inner sleeve with seam separation on one side.
