Here is a really nice Billie Holiday rarity for sale-its a Billie Holiday 23 LP box set entitled- Ladyday Box Live and Private Recordings in Chronological Order.  This beautiful Box Set from Italy from the year of 1988 was a Limited Edition of 500 some 33 years ago and as you can see from my 12 photos it has been hand numbered on the back cover of the detailed booklet.This is Limited Edition No 294. The detailed booklet that comes with this box set has track listings and photos and other information inside and is very clean Nr Mint.
On the spine of the box it states 01-22 -but you get a 23rd LP and the 23rd LP is in an outer sleeve as shown in my photos. The outer box that holds the 23 LPs and the booklet has a nice leatherette type textured finish with a nice photo of Billie Holiday on the front of it and it has its original padding foam underneath and on top of the LPs.The outer box is in VG+ condition. The 23 LPs are stunning and absolutely beautifully clean.They each have a beautiful deep glossy black lustre sheen and apart from a very small mark on one of the LPs they appear unplayed  Nr Mint. All of the record labels are ultra clean too Nr Mint. The record sleeves are all Nr Mint with no tears or rips whatsoever. This Box Set looks like it was probably put away safely soon after purchase and cherished-which has preserved it thankfully for you the collector.
