Description

"CLOUD 9" a Bill Justis vinyl LP released in 1959 by Phillips international (Sun records Sister label).  Phillips plp 1950. This is a truly historic LP for rock and roll fans, so I won't bother to re-tell the Sun/Memphis story here. This being a very rare record I just listened to it again. The vinyl has a bit of visable wear, but plays very nicely, no skips..just occasional light surface noise. Enjoyable to listen to compared to cd's in my book. The sleeve front art looks really nice, but there is some typical yellowing on the back cover and and wear to the corners. The edges look pretty good expect for a couple inches. Also on the back cover is a music store stamp and light pencil writing about the size of my thumb tip.  Note!
