I'VE BEEN COLLECTING X-RAY RECORDS FOR MORE THAN 40 YEARS IN SEVERAL CITIES OF GEORGIA AND I HAVE VERY BIG COLLECTION. NOW I AM SELLING A PART OF THIS UNIQUE UNDERGROUND RECORDS!  ALL OF MY RECORDS ARE AUTHENTIC GUARANTEED OLD ORIGINALS, NOT LIKE NEWLY MADE FAKE RECORDINGS WHICH ARE BEING SOLD BY SOME EBAY SELLERS!!!

RIBS ON THE ROENTGEN PHOTO! SIZE: 7 and 1/4" 78 rpm Condition: VG- The record is cut at the beginning, but it doesn't affect on play.                 

USSR 1950s-1970s roentgen film flexible records

were released few copies (often only one!) by somebody's order only! 

Therefore  they are extremely collectible!!

 Records like this were popular underground source for songs of prohibited but extremely popular performers. 

 Foreign jazz, underground criminal ethnic songs,  pop music and later rock'n'roll was prohibited in Soviet Union by communist government.

To release this kind of records was moneymaking but very dangerous business, people got prisoned for manufacturing them!!!

 All USSR x-ray records have the low sound quality. They may skip on different turntables. They are NOT records for high sound lovers. 

PLEASE NOTE:

The record must be played on 78 RPM. Do not use vintage steel needle, use modern  stylus. Also it is very important to set the tonearm weight correctly, x-ray records need much more tonearm weight.

It will be better if you will put any vinyl record under the x-ray record on the turntable, because x-ray records are thin and they may be curved.
